The ALFATEC Tiger bearing with a diameter of 70,1 mm has an adjustable slider. The axial guide is implemented with an Oilamid slider. The welded-in bolt is made of stainless steel (1.4301). The outer ring is chrome-plated and thus protected against corrosion. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial clearance. Through its combined execution with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger bearing has minimal installation space requirements and features impressive robustness and a high load capacity of up to 8,87 kN in the radial direction and up to 2,95 kN in the axial direction.
The Tiger bearing TR070.0380 at a glance:
- protected against corrosion
- highly loadable in the axial direction when idle
- axial clearance adjustable via spacer rings
- easy adjustment
- lubricated for life
A guide profile is required in addition to each Tiger bearing. The matching guide profile is UP070.0780.
It is optionally available with a welded-on mounting element for easy screw-on assembly. In, amongst others, version TR070.0380BQ4000.
Moreover, ALFATEC offers the Tiger bearing in different sizes for low and high loads.
The Tiger bearing comes in versions including a stainless steel version and is available in numerous other series.
