Precision Tiger bearing - axial bearing adjustable via spacer rings
The ALFATEC precision Tiger bearing with a diameter of 73,8 mm has an adjustable axial bearing. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial clearance. Through milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances, a precise and simultaneously robust bearing guide is ensured. Through its combined execution with a radial and axial guide, the precision Tiger bearing has minimal installation space requirements and features impressive robustness and a high load capacity of up to 11,40 kN in the radial direction and up to 3,15 kN in the axial direction.
The precision Tiger bearing PT070.0320 at a glance:
- precise guide
- axial clearance adjustable via spacer rings
- easy installation
A guide profile is required in addition to each precision Tiger bearing. The matching guide profile is UP070.0760.
It is optionally available with a welded-on mounting element for easy screw-on assembly. In, amongst others, version PT070.0320BQ1000.
Easy adjustment of the axial guide bearing can be optimally accomplished with our spacer rings DR070.0905 and DR070.0910.
Moreover, ALFATEC offers the precision Tiger bearing in different sizes for low and high loads.
The precision Tiger bearing comes in different versions including a fixed axial bearing version or with an adjustable slider and is available in numerous other series.
